We use 2.4 high gain silver screens for stunning colors and superior brightness.
3D- We use ACTIVE 3D technology which has reduced light loss ( while viewing through the glass ) resulting in enhanced 3D experience.
THE SOUND
We have raised the benchmarks for cinema audio in chennai.
Our screen's sound has been calibrated by DIRAC certified sound engineer, Mr.Giridhar.
AP-20 DATASAT DIGITAL- Gokulam pavilion is the first screen in chennai to have a discrete 15.1 channel wired with AP-20.
AURO 3D from BARCO ( Belgium )- Auro 3D provides immersive sound with 3 layered speakers arrangement
Why Auro 3D ? - 90% of the movies released are still in 5.1 or 7.1 and the processor can upscale the regular 5.1 audio to 11.1 ( aka AURO-MATIC 5.1 ) and enhance the sound , though a discrete 11.1 is possible only with movies released in Auro 3D format.
We have used 4way speakers behind the screen for superior voice clarity.
All the speakers ( 18 Sound- Italy and BMS - Germany ) have been handpicked for sound that is better than the best.
